Every claim comes from a source or the label
Every health, dose or safety statement must come from a source we have read or from the product label. If we cannot support a sentence, we delete it. We prefer government and regulator pages such as the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements, the NHS, the European Food Safety Authority, the FDA, Health Canada, the TGA, systematic reviews and randomised trials, and we link to the source so you can read it.
We say when we read only an abstract of a paper, when a study is small or funded by a seller, and when the only evidence is traditional use.
Evidence gets one of five plain grades
We grade claims in plain words: strong (several good human trials or authoritative reviews agree), moderate (some good evidence with gaps), limited (small or mixed studies), traditional use only (a history of use with little modern research) and unknown (we found nothing reliable). Each guide uses these words rather than vague praise or fear.
No claims we cannot back
We do not publish claims that a product treats, cures or prevents disease. We avoid promises about energy, sleep, strength, mood, hormones or fertility. We avoid purity, testing, certification and proof wording unless we hold and can show the document. We do not publish invented reviews, ratings, countdown timers or fake scarcity.
We sell what the guides discuss, and we say so
pr1mebody sells the supplements discussed in its guides. Each guide carries that disclosure, and the offers on a page are labelled as ours. Checkout opens on satiovex.com. Satiovex is the trading name of Xinop LLC, the company that sells pr1mebody products. We do not rank competitors we cannot verify and we do not copy other sites.
Who writes the guides and who reviews them
Our guides carry an organisation byline and are checked against the sources they cite. No licensed professional has reviewed them yet, and each page says so. If we name a reviewer in future, that person will be real, will have agreed to be named and will be listed on this page.
What happens when a guide is wrong
If you find an error, tell us through the contact page with the page address. We check the source, correct confirmed errors promptly and note significant changes. We review a guide when its key sources change.
Learn more about who we are on the about page, and see the products these guides support on the shop page.
Questions or corrections?
Tell us what is wrong or unclear and we will check it against the source.
