Who sells and ships your order?
Checkout opens on satiovex.com. Satiovex is the trading name of Xinop LLC, the company that sells pr1mebody products. Xinop LLC, 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87113, United States. Orders are processed and shipped by Satiovex. On this shipping and returns page, "we" means Xinop LLC, trading as Satiovex, and the terms below summarise the Satiovex shipping and refund policies.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, the EU, Canada and Australia. Availability for your country is confirmed at checkout. If your country does not appear at checkout, we cannot ship there yet.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend, and no delivery fee is added at checkout. Delivery is tracked: you receive tracking details by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Import taxes or customs duties set by your own country may still apply (see below).
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch orders within 1 working day of the order being placed. The estimates below are counted in working days from dispatch. They are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, and customs or carrier delays can happen.

What if a parcel is late, missing or sent back?
If your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days after the end of the estimated delivery window, email contact@satiovex.com with your order number. We will investigate and resend the order or refund it.
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will resend it once at no extra cost.
How do returns and refunds work?
You can return an order for any reason within 30 days of delivery, even if the packs are empty. Email contact@satiovex.com with your order number (or use the contact page) and we will confirm the next steps within 1 business day.
Return shipping is free. We email you a prepaid label, so please do not send anything back before you hear from us.
Once a return is approved, we refund the full purchase price to the payment method you paid with. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of approval and usually appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Our charges appear on your statement as SATIOVEX.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
Email contact@satiovex.com with a photo within 30 days of delivery. We will replace the item or refund it in full, whichever you prefer.
Can I cancel before my order ships?
Yes. An order can be cancelled at no cost at any time before it is fulfilled. Email contact@satiovex.com with your order number as soon as you can.
Your 14-day right to cancel in the UK and EU
If you live in the UK or the EU, the 30-day guarantee is in addition to your statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under UK and EU consumer law (in the UK, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Nothing on this page limits your legal rights.
Customs, VAT and import charges
For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, customs duties or import taxes may be charged by your local authorities, depending on your country's rules. They are set by your government, not by Satiovex.
In the EU, what you pay depends on where the parcel ships from. Tullverket, Swedish Customs, says that ordering from a country outside the EU always means paying VAT. The European Commission says a temporary 3 euro duty per item has applied since 1 July 2026 to parcels worth 150 euro or less. We cannot tell you the exact total for your parcel in advance.
Prices and currency
pr1mebody quotes prices in US dollars. Checkout shows prices in the local currency of the Satiovex market for your country, so the amount can differ slightly from the dollar price on this site. The checkout sets the final price for your country.
